Strastveni kineski atletičar otrčao je ultramaraton u svojem dnevnom boravku dok brojni njegovi sunarodnjaci, zatvoreni u stanovima zbog koronavirusa, očajnički pokušavaju ostati u fizičkoj spremi.

Kineska vlada agresivno potiče ljudi na tjelovježbu kako bi ojačali imunitet i borili se sa zarazom koja je odnijela više od 1600 života i izazvala globalnu uzbunu.

Većini od 1,4 milijarde Kineza rečeno je da ne izlaze iz domova, a dvorane i fitnes klubovi zatvoreni su. Ljudi se stoga na društvenim mrežama 'natječu' u tome koliko bočica vode mogu dignuti umjesto bučica, koliko sklekova i trbušnjaka napraviti ili koliko se puta uspeti stubištem.

Pan Shancu s lakoćom bi osvojio neslužbenu zlatnu medalju pošto je u stanu otrčao 66 kilometara za 6 sati i 41 minutu. Ima aplikaciju s podacima koja to dokazuje, a snimio je i video kako trči oko namještaja u stanu.

"Iz početka mi se malo vrtjelo u glavi, ali naviknuo sam se nakon toliko mnogo krugova", rekao je 44-godišnjak iz Hangzhoua.

Drugom zgodom otrčao je 30 kilometara na mjestu, u svojoj kupaonici, i to uživo prenosio na internetu. Kaže da time želi potaknuti i druge prikovane za vlastite stanove.

Kineske vlasti pokrenule su zasebnu kampanju u kojoj njihovi olimpijci demonstriraju stanovništvu kako ostati 'fit' u 'zarobljeništvu' svojih domova.

Stolovi, stolci i dovratnici mogu na razne načine poslužiti za tjelovježbu, objašnjava se u vladinu letku. Akcija je namijenjena i djeci.
